This release is a big one - 4.2gb. Before the next release, I'll be either purging some of the default software, or finding another way to install some of the default packages during the update phase of the installation. I'm not happy about the size of the iso - packages have increased in size (of course) since the original release which was about 2.5gb. There has been little change in the number of packages installed since then. A few added, A few removed. It's all fixes and features added over the years. I am adamant however that the iso image should be under 4gb, so the next release will be a little slimmer.
Also in this release, I added the nvidia and nvidia-settings packages for those of you with nvidia graphics hardware who might not be getting a positive experience from the nouveau driver. I leave the work of installing it up to y'all for now.
