ArcoLinux v23.12

ArcoLinux v23.12 has been released, featuring the addition of DK, a new tiling window manager, with scriptable and dynamic workspace capabilities. Cutefish and Ukui desktops faced issues and were excluded from the release. The Rofi menu replaces super + d for Openbox. Pamac is temporarily replaced by octopi due to appstream issues. The Sofirem tool now includes octopi and its notifier on all ISOs except ArcoLinuxD. mkinitcpio-firmware is added to XS ISOs, resolving build warnings. The Calamares installer is updated, removing appstream dependency. Hyfetch is included in the XL ISO, and plasma5 packages have been renamed.
