In this release note, Kloak 2 introduces enhanced defenses against Mouse Fingerprinting 1, although it's only available for Non-Qubes-Whonix users due to a Qubes issue. Censorship circumvention sees the installation of Snowflake as a default Tor transport, configurable via Anon Connection Wizard and Tor Control Panel, along with updated default bridges. Whonix CLI improvements include fixing the automatic setup-wizard startup for Tor activation and aligning environment variables with bash. Qubes-Whonix gets updates in Qubes UpdatesProxy checks and network configuration hints. Connectivity issues involving MTU problems are resolved by enabling ICMP fragmentation-needed by default. Additionally, Tor Browser is updated to version 12.5.3, various maintenance and improvement tasks are undertaken, and work progresses on Whonix Windows Installer, Whonix Linux Installer, and Whonix-Host Operating System Live ISO.
