Qubes OS 4.2.1

Qubes OS 4.2.1 has been released, consolidating security patches, bug fixes, and updates since the initial 4.2.0 release. This stable release offers an up-to-date ISO for secure installation or reinstallation. Notable updates include all 4.2 dom0 updates, the addition of Fedora 39 template, and Linux 6.6.x as the default kernel. Additionally, a new signing key for Qubes OS 4.2 is introduced for enhanced security.
