XeroLinux 2023.09

In the latest release, XeroLinux brings some important changes including an update to Arch Kernel 6.4.12, Calamares 3.3.0 Alpha3, Mesa Drivers 23.1.6-4, Xorg-Server 21.1.8-2, KDE Plasma 5.27.7, KDE Frameworks 5.109.0, and QT Version 5.15.10. A notable addition is a new theme/style for XeroLinux, which now utilizes the Layan theme with some custom touches to maintain consistency across the system. Users are advised that this theme change applies to XeroLinux defaults, and they can restore to defaults if any issues arise or consult XeroLinux's Github for more information.
