The XigmaNAS® 13.3.0.5 - Hesterion release includes important upgrade instructions and new features. Users are advised to back up their configuration files before upgrading. A fresh installation can be done via LiveUSB or LiveCD. GEOM RAID5 is no longer supported, so data must be migrated to ZFS before upgrading. Post-upgrade, users should clear browser caches and back up configuration files and databases. Notably, the update includes numerous software upgrades like FreeBSD 13.3-RELEASE P2, PHP 8.3.7, and many more. The default login credentials for various interfaces are provided, and it is recommended to change these passwords immediately after installation. Additionally, certain functionalities and compatibility notes, such as the incompatibility of the "Extended GUI" community extension with this release, are highlighted.
