These releases are made in response to the eMudhra Intermediate CA Compromise incident. They include changes from Ubuntu upstream and our own changes which block the root certificates chaining up to the compromised certificates. Unfortunately, there's one known problem in both releases - Gallery app 3.2.0, included in both of the releases, contains a regression where photo albums can't be opened.
